Shipping & Delivery
1. How does shipping and delivery work?
All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, no code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email. Depending on your country or region, you can expect to receive your order between 4 to 14 business days. Please note the delivery times are estimated.
Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date. Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
2. How much do I pay for shipping?
Free tracked delivery is available to the United States, Australia, New Zealand and other countries.
3. I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation?
It’s possible that the confirmation email has gone to your spam or junk folder! If you are still not able to locate the email, please contact us at [email protected] with the Full Name the order was placed under.
4. Help! My order hasn't been delivered?
Please note that we require 1-4 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispaching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is 04 - 12 business days. Please consider any holidays that may impact delivery times.
You will see new updates on our tracking page once the processing period is complete.
5. What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Belgium, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Bulgaria, and Italy.
We currently do not deliver to Philippines, Austria, Canada, South America, Africa, India, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ukraine, New Caledonia, Russia and other remote countries.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
7. Can I change my shipping address?
If the order has not been shipped, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order with your new address with "URGENT" in the subject title.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. You will be asked to provide some photos of your item prior to sending it back to us so we can assess the condition. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Some products, including sale items, are excluded from return or exchange.
2. Do I have to pay for returns?
Because we offer free shipping costs for all orders at the time of purchase, we do not cover any expenses for returning or exchanging your merchandise to our returns center.
3. How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
Once you dropped off the return items at the post office, please request a receipt from them and send through a photo of your receipt with validated tracking as a proof your return has been lodge. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately!
4. How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
You will receive an email once it has been handled on our end. From there, depending on your bank, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account. If it takes longer than 5 business days, we advise getting in touch with your bank or credit card company.
5. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We're sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item!
Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your item at [email protected] with your order number and to help resolve things quickly, we request you to include 2-3 clear photos of the item, so we can send a replacement at no cost in expedite shipment as soon as possible!
General Questions
1. How do I use a discount code?
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page, you'll see a box that reads 'Discount code'. Enter your discount code and click 'Apply'. Discount codes are entered before the payment page so you're aware of exactly how much you save.

2. How can I track my order?
